STUFF ContractGuido , Inc Consignment Agreement and Policy STUFF agrees to consign items for 90 days, after 90 days the consigned item automatically expires and becomes the property of STUFF. Consignors wishing to pick-up consigned items may do so after 75 days and before the 90 day expiration. Consignors are also responsible for locating and picking their items they wish to be returned. A nominal fee will be charged to the account for each returned item. It is the Consignors responsibility to monitor their account and expiration dates. STUFF DOES NOT NOTIFY CONSIGNORS WHEN ACCOUNT/ITEMS EXPIRE! The prices on all consigned items shall be established solely by STUFF. STUFF does not guarantee any prices or the sale or marketability of any such item. Revisions of the asking price may be made at STUFFs’ sole discretion. If and when a consigned item is sold, the undersigned (“Consignor”) shall receive a consignment fee (“Consignment Fee”) equal to 50% of the price actually paid for the consigned item, minus any applicable fees, i.e. check issuing fees, repair fees or delivery/pick-up fees. One check issued per month! Consignment Fees on all items sold shall be payable at the store during regular business hours, once a month for the previous months’ sales, providing funds are available .Consignors should call or visit the store to check the status of their account and unsold items. STUFF reserves the right to reject/or return any item for consignment. It is Consignor’s responsibility to eliminate any items with visible defects, chips, flaws, stains, etc. STUFF will do its best to protect the Consignor’s items, but STUFF is not responsible for loss or damage to any item for any reason, including theft, fire or breakage! The Undersigned Consignor has read and agrees to the above terms. Furthermore, Consignor assumes the risk of loss and agrees not to hold GUIDO, Inc. or its officers, directors, shareholders, agents or employees responsible for loss or damage to any items left on consignment for any reason.
